An Academy for the Future of Mechanical Workshops
Continuous learning is the driving force behind change and business growth. With this awareness, in 2022, we launched MICROacademy, an internal training project designed to address future challenges and foster the development of skills within our organization.
In the precision mechanics sector, traditional training approaches—often structured as isolated compartments—can limit the understanding of business dynamics beyond one’s own department. With MICROacademy, we aim to overcome this limit by offering our employees a broad range of courses, covering both technical skills and cross-functional competencies, enhancing their professional and personal lives.
An Academy Led by Internal Expertise
One of the distinctive features of MICROacademy is that it is primarily run by internal coaches. Our own employees share their experience and know-how to train their colleagues on relevant topics, adopting a practical and engaging approach.
We strongly believe that knowledge sharing is the key to building a more aware, skilled, and cohesive work environment.
Most courses are optional and open to all employees because professional growth should not be an obligation but an opportunity.
MICROacademy trainingA Training Path Beyond Mechanics
MICROacademy is not limited to technical training—our goal is to provide well-rounded knowledge that is useful for both daily work and personal development.
Some of the courses offered so far include:
Technical drawing reading
Technical characteristics of an electric motor
Basic Excel
course
Social media and LinkedIn
Artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0
Advanced Italian course for Spanish native speakers
GOALS AND OBJECTIVESTwo Years of Achievements and a Growing Future
The numbers speak for themselves: the project has gained strong interest and participation—but we are just getting started.
Our goal is to continue expanding MICROacademy, introducing new topics, more trainers, and increasingly effective ways to share knowledge and skills.
For us, training is not just an added value—it is a foundation on which to build the future of MICROingranaggi and the entire precision mechanics sector.
