In 2024, we launched MICROlab, an innovative department designed to revolutionize the way we operate. Within a single structure, we have brought together three strategic areas of the company: Operations & IT, Quality & Certifications, and Marketing, creating a nerve center dedicated to optimization, continuous improvement, and the digitalization of business processes.
MICROlab was born from the awareness that company departments can no longer operate in isolation but must communicate fluidly and interconnect seamlessly. With this vision in mind, we chose to integrate:
- Operations & IT → To implement advanced digital technologies and enhance production efficiency through connected systems and AI-based solutions.
- Quality System & Certifications → To ensure highly optimized processes, reduce error margins, and enhance production control, in compliance with the most rigorous international standards.
- Marketing → To analyze market data, anticipate customer needs, and provide a more targeted and personalized service.
This synergy allows us to optimize our operations, creating a more efficient and high-performing ecosystem, capable of adapting quickly to new industry challenges.
Currently, we manage and monitor Management Systems in compliance with ISO9001 (ensuring quality in business and production processes for a consistently reliable service), ISO9100 (a specific certification for the aerospace sector, guaranteeing high precision and traceability of our components), ISO45001 (the international standard for workplace safety, reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being and protection).
Other management systems are under development, including ISO27001 (Information security management), ISO37001 (Anti-bribery management), ISO 14001 (Environmental management), Model 231 (Organizational, management, and control models).
