Our gear cutting department operates a fleet of 13 state-of-the-art CNC machines that, through hobbing processes, produce cylindrical gears, spur gears, and helical gears on a daily basis. We serve customers across Europe and the United States, with a strong focus on supporting US industrial applications requiring high precision and scalability. Our experience allows us to meet small, medium, and high-volume production demands, covering modules from 0.2 mm up to 3 mm. Machining of case-hardened components: thanks to Power Skiving technology on next-generation CNC machines, we are able to finish gear teeth even after case hardening heat treatment. This process ensures geometric accuracy and optimal load capacity, meeting the stringent requirements of both EU and US standards.

Our manufactured components can have outer diameters ranging from a minimum of 4 mm to a maximum of 120 mm, with maximum lengths of 140 mm, providing the flexibility needed to meet our customers’ most complex requirements.
