D: Do you produce single sample parts as spare parts?
R: We could but according to our corporate policy we do only serial products because the final cost could be more expensive than the cost of the single spare part. In this case, we recommend that you ask the manufacturer of the original part.

D: Do you have standard stock products?
R: No. We producce our devices only on demand (taking into consideration the idea, the design or the sample) and our products are all custom-made. Anyway, please check our website for end-of-series products to see our offers.

D: Do you create grinding serrations?
R: No. We have milling serrations even though our technology permits exceptional levels of roughness and quality that have sometimes replaced the expensive grinding operations.

D: Do you have any experience in working with titanium?
R: Yes. Producing implantable screws, titanium is one of our common materials.

D: If we do not have the design but only the sample, what can we do to reproduce the series?
R: We need to see the sample in order to undergo a feasibility study and the dimension reliefs. We then produce a technical drawing to determine the shading, the material and the trouble shooting. Subsequently, we define the quantity that we have to reproduce and send you a quote.

D: What grade of quality are you able to obtain?
R: The grade of quality that we can reach is influenced by many factors: the geometry of the piece, the module, the helix inclination, the amount of the parts that we have to produce etc. Usually, our serial production is between DIN6 and DIN8.
